City Scape Winery’s Spring “Sip & Soar” Festival is defying gravity this year by offering exhilarating hot air balloon rides! This two day festival will include 9 incredible bands, 30+ vendors, and wine specials/tastings for an extra fun and relaxed environment. Hot air balloon ride tickets range from $40-$75 per person. Enjoy free admission and parking; only spend on the fun stuff. Adventure is out there!
Traveler’s Rest is hosting its 11th annual Music in the PArk concert series on Saturdays May-September. Each week will highlight a new band so that there’s something for everyone. On May 3rd, XperienceSoul will hit the stage, featuring its R&B, Motown, and Pop style. Feel free to pack a blanket, chairs, and snacks, and/or visit the food trucks on site for extra special treats. Please leave all furry friends at home for this event. Whether you’re new or well acquainted to Trailblazer Park, its the perfect spot for free summer hangs in the twilight.
For more than 45 years, the Star Wars franchise has enthralled its fans, describing the intricacies of a “galaxy far, far away.” Experience Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back like never before with a live accompaniment from the Greenville Symphony Orchestra. John William’s score won an Academy Award for Best Score in 1977, and Thiago Tiberio is taking on the challenge of conducting this masterpiece for a modern audience. Tickets are $29.50 and can be purchased online through the Bons Secours Wellness Arena. May the force be with you this May 4th!
Linkin Park, the Grammy Award winning American rock band, will be visiting the Bon Secours Wellness Arena during its From Zero World Tour. Fans have long adored their heavy metal/hip hop/electronica/pop style and emotional lyrics. Additionally, the show on May 8th will feature a surprise guest! Tickets start at $55, and they are selling out fast!
