Cancellation Policy for BookGreenville.com

At BookGreenville.com, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and plans may change. Our cancellation policy has been designed to be fair to both our guests and property owners.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund of the rental fee, minus a $50 processing fee.

Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of the rental fee, minus a $50 processing fee.

Cancellations made less than 15 days before the check-in date will not be eligible for a refund, but the guest may apply the rental fee towards a future stay within one year, subject to availability.

No-shows and early departures will not be eligible for a refund.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as a natural disaster or pandemic, we will make every effort to work with guests and property owners to find a fair and reasonable solution.
