There’s still one more week to visit Santa this year! Join the Night of Lights at Heritage Park until December 31 for an incredible Christmas light extravaganza. Start at their 65 ft tall Christmas tree and then check out the 200+ unique light displays. In addition to the walk through show, enjoy a Christmas market, bounce houses, animal rides, a petting zoo, Santa’s Village, and much more. Adult tickets are $15; child tickets are $12. (But children 4 and under are free). It’s the most wonderful time of the year; be sure to make the most of it.
The week between Christmas and New Year’s Eve can be dull… but it doesn’t have to be. City Scape Winery is offering special Christmas Week hours, featuring wine tastings, live music, and a lively atmosphere. Come hungry; the Winery Kitchen will be open, too. It is highly encouraged to make reservations online for wine tastings. Impress your guests or simply relax in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the holidays.
The Grand Bohemian Lodge is the jewel of Greenville, a beautiful getaway nestled above Falls Park on the Reedy River. It’s always buzzing with activity and worth the visit! This year, check out Winter Wonderland at Spirit & Bower for cocktails and holiday decorations. Afterwards, be sure to check out the restaurant Between the Trees, the Greenville Christmas Market, and/or their art collection. Entry is free, and the views are worth it.
Ready for some mystery? Get ready for an all inclusive masquerade party in Greenville this New Year’s Eve. Enjoy Georgian food, catered by Keipi. There will be jazz, photobooths, snacks, drinks, prizes, and fireworks! Tickets are $51.25. Count down to the new year in style this year.
Start the new year off with a good mood at Alchemy Comedy Theater’s New Year’s Eve Countdown and Improv show. On December 31st, join Local Legends, “Alchemy's longest-running improv show,” as they perform improv games and write an original play in real time. Tickets are $35; this includes the price of champagne for a midnight toast. Individuals must be 21+ to attend. Cheers!
